Hi Nick. It really isn't about belief or non belief. A person has to be practical or they can spend a lot of
time doing nothing but spinning their wheels with many different ideas and theories.

The focus should be on what can actually be put into practice to generate OU. I am very open minded about concepts
of the aether and cold electricity etc., but what can a person actually do in practice to make practical use of such things?
I have never seen an actual device demonstration of 'cold electricity' for example where the person doing
the demonstration actually seems to know what they are talking about and are making sense. Most of the
stuff you see on youtube where people talk about cold electricity is just a demonstration of RF generated from impulse circuits.
If someone can point to a practical demonstration where someone is actually demonstrating very notable drops in temperature
in circuit components that otherwise should not be dropping in temperature based on conventional theory, then I would be very
interested to see it.

Banter for instance between me and Nick about our respective beliefs, or whether Tesla really believed in, or could produce free energy, is as you rightly say Void, rather pointless when it comes down to establishing whether self-running claims from Kapanadze and the like are true and can be proven by multiple example. Its strange that at the moment, almost all of the self-runner claims are coming from Russia and sourounding states / countries and yet after all the years that these devices have been around and studied, we see very few claimants for similar devices from elsewhere in the world. Maybe there is something special about the environment or geology there, or just that they are so much smarter than the rest of us.

Hi Hoppy. Well there are free energy claims popping up in different places around the world from
time to time, but it may be that in some parts of the world people in general are more open minded to
the possibility of over unity than in other parts of the world. Since Kapanadze is from eastern Europe,
he may have generated a lot more interest from people in that part of the world. It's hard to say.

This has lead me to think that the earth ground
connection might actually serve a different purpose. As Nick has pointed out, Akula did demonstrate in
an early video that his first self runner would self run with no earth ground connection. The question
as always however is whether that was a valid demonstration or not.

I also recall a.king21 reporting that Kapanadze claimed that his aqua2 device could operate with no earth wire albeit not so well.
