That is two layers PCB becoming capacitor when external plate is being touched for the current which is trying to go into ground near Tesla coil.

I know what you mean but what is the black thing it looks a bit like the grenade but mini version, the rest is 2 diodes and demod caps

For the black coil the best person to a answer is Nelson. Just for me it looks like in N. Tesla patent about radiant energy receiver where the plate is like PCB in the video. Just the ground is missing and it is not tuned to the frequency of Tesla coil.

That is pretty much your target Arunas.  I cannot disagree with it.

You may want to consider a simple tip with what you have drawn...

The DC/DC converter that will provide the high voltage for the Tesla primary will set the impedance you must match with your primary winding.  This will lock you into the type of primary you must wind/create to be successful.  If by chance this impedance does not match with the correct pulse width you must use, you will be forced to make some changes to the DC/DC converter.  You can experiment with low voltage to find the pulse width needed first, then determine whether the transistor you select for the Tesla driver will be in the proper range for higher voltage operation.  Have a selection of resistors on hand to approximate a correct impedance match.

like i already explain in PM to Alien Gray that circuit is only a tool  that i made to detect electric field , the black thing  that you talk is not a coil
If you have attention even without any connection,  the circuit are able to receive electrostatic potential, only need to pay attention to  the values in scope.
   
I just put the video to show that is only electrostatic field be transmitted and is not by induction .

The tesla coil that i use  is only a extra coil  that is connected to the bottom of  Tesla coil,  without primary  and without  a closed primary.

Normally you connect the bottom to ground

The blue coil is a secondary that a put only to show that even without a close loop coil we able to output several potential , that are able to convert in current again .
Is not by induction ! the WORK only appear after charge the body until that is only potential.
Forget the sparks on top of Tesla coil ! We shouldn't  output everything in the top of coil  like a normal  antenna (Hertz teorie)
 
The tesla coil act only as a extra coil and are feed by the brown cable  ,  what i show is without ground connection , obvious the effect is very different if you use the ground connection and tune the receiver in the right freq  , Tesla talk about that is not new .

The problem of most people is try to copy other circuits (akula , Ruslan Kapanadze )  without understand the real meaning of what is Tesla work .
Tesla left so many important information, and even that seems so few people are able to understand that, because some people in that forum with their blalala only INDUCE confusion in head of people .
The same happens in Tesla  time , with other people trying  to contradict what he say and show, until we reach their last years inclosure in a room  .

But its ok,  the time will give me reason for sure , and i'm not concerned with the people that try trolling with their books and theories and attacks .

Even Moray feel that oppression by the gurus of their time and only humanity loose with that , but i will not follow the same path trying to probe something that so few are able to understand .

I wish that people think about my words and stop to try find every time something like :
is Fake !

To that people so "clever"  we only see one thing in their works  :
Fake or not seems unable to reproduce the same "illusion".
