Kapanadze does not have any professional electronic measuring instruments in his workshop. No oscilloscope, no professional multimeter. No soldering station. Only hammers, a film, a wire for 220 V, a blue electrical tape. Kerosene lamp. What nuclear forces are you writing about?

On this topic, Kapanadze Cousin - DALLY FREE ENERGY

In 2006 - 2007 I experimented with short powerful impulses and solutions of electrolytes.
I accidentally found on the Internet on the forum with UWB (UltraWideBand communication) thematic a link to an interesting book on the generation of short pulses:

Belkin VS, Shulzhenko GI
Formers of powerful nanosecond and picosecond pulses on a semiconductor element base.

For the first time a link to the book on the free energy forum was posted here:

Then there were discussions with me on the generation of short pulses in various similar forums.

A few years later, Dally introduced on various Free Energy forums the "working" device based on the circuits from the book, "Belkin - Shulzhenko".
But it was immediately obvious that this is a fake. He incorrectly made the design of the generator. The generator should look like a microwave device. Otherwise, the impulses will be weak and not sharp.

And he has a diode connected with wires on a regular board. He did not want to buy other, best suitable diodes.
I'm sure that he did not have an oscilloscope that can display near 1 ns pulse in real time.
He did not need it. Why would he spend extra money if he knew that the device was not working. He did not care.

But anyway, I checked the Dally circuit with a my workable pulse generator.

I had a nanosecond oscilloscope and a lot of all sorts of suitable diodes. I had a developed nanosecond generator design. Not this simple circuit as in the book. I  made a separately regulated time of forward and reverse current trought diode. I found a special design and material for the coil core, giving shorter and higher pulses.. And one more thing...

As result i did not find any increase in energy. For me is this "Myth Busted" a few years ago.
