Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Stefan wanted that I have all these massive data to get it back online
even being as ill as Stefan is, he transferred all databases and folders

I will not speak about the device but just the electronic ignition control. Lets assume that the module is active, meaning operational, and all necessary points that have to be bypassed are.

Ok, we know that the module has not been tampered with, the bottom epoxied cover is intact. So that said there is only one way to 'fool' the module into thinking there is a flame. Having the right signal on that sensor will be important, without it the module should/would shut-down into alarm status.

The module itself provides an A/C current into the sensor, the gas flame IONIZES the air in the vicinity of the sensor. When this happens current (A/C full wave) passes through the ionized air/flame to ground. It is important that the boiler burners are well grounded. If the grounding is weak/bad no current passes and system shuts down (flame failure).

Now here is the interesting part. The flame sensor is very small in relationship to the target wall (the burners). It's fairly easy for the flame sensor to 'hit' the large grounded burner (via ionization). BUT because A/C is typically used on the reverse cycle it is difficult for the large target wall to hit the flame sensor tip/rod.

So you see that flame ionization, in these ignition modules, are very similar to the operation of a diode. So it stands to reason that in order to 'fool' the sensor into thinking there is a flame a diode to ground could possibly be used. (I have never tried that myself)

THIS OPENS ANOTHER PROBLEM. If the flame sensor is sensing A/C 1/2 wave at its input this is an indication that flame has been established. Hence the High Voltage is shut down (thats the problem).

It is possible that this is an 'auto recycle' module but without a manual on it I do not know. If this is an auto recycle then the flame sensor, in its current position, is useless and not in play.

So. Who has the manual?
