In Kapanadze´s green box video, the current measured with the clampmeter between inverter and green box is fluctuating between 0.2 and 0.5 amps.
That would be only around 100 Watts input power.
If there would be a MOT in the green box, then the signal from the inverter would be enough to feed it. What are the 2 transistors on the green box then for?
It seems almost certain that Kapanadze is using two different types of signals that he feeds somehow to the coil (Like SR has been basically saying) .
The coil exhibits also not only one "input".
The high voltage part looks like only being in the few milliamps range of current judging from the spark gap.
So it remains to be found out how to get the same effect while reducing the input current.

Interesting idea   

An easy test would add a Low Voltage DC Voltage Bias to the MOT/NST HV AC output to the spark gap. 
Maybe just 12DC as Kapanadze showed in his videos?

How big of a ferrite core would one need to match the power of a MOT core?

depends on resonance frequency.. HF no core needed ... lover frequency bigger core if same material used

@vrand: It is uncertain if 2 signals are mixed upon generation. But there is a HV circuit and a LV circuit, the HV circuit is not connected to the LV circuit except at the end of the coil to the ground cable running through the coil.
No one knows if either circuit has modulated signals or unmodulated signal sources.
SR is talking of a sinusoid waveform at 50 Hz being formed by powerful bipolar transistors which are connected in a push-pull configuration in his video (Basically an inverter circuit).

Theory doesn't have all the answers i agree to that but i can transpose RE=RF to almost any OU circuit from Bedini to joule thief or the MEG whatever they are the same principle operation. Look at the circuit of say Dr Stiffler cold electricity thingy. What he is doing is making an RF single stage oscillator where the o/p is trashed into VSWR of ~ infinity or power factor 0 by using a large o/p inductor to force Current is now 180 degrees out of phase to voltage. This is current node 0 and RE enters the system ONLY at this juncture.

Its the same with the KATCHER circuit where L2 provides 180 degree feedback to L1 while L1 also provides magnetic gain.

In Bedini he is power factor correcting the load into the battery. The coil collected the RE during RF operation at 0 current node points.  C in this case is the earth to the "sky".  Actual frequency values are not important as RE exist at almost any frequency only the circuit requires tuning. When make tuned circuit where current is out of phase to voltage power APPEARS to be ZERO. yet volts and amps co-exists in other time frames in abundance which undergoes TRANSFORMATION. That all OU really is transformation.

Its standing waves that is all. Take a light bulb and connect to a transformer with a cap and inductor tuned to select current node 0. Bulb will light to FULL brightness and power i/p reading is ZERO. Radiant Energy powers the bulb not current. This bulb works under water.

These are what i call coil bangers where the inductance shifts current 180 degrees and simply relay coil with diode is simple experiment everyone knows as Imohetep relay charger. These are VERY weak solutions where the transient offering of OU only happens in the moment of perfect out of phase condition. For this moment there is no resistannce to impeade the voltage which climbs to hundreds of volts while the current is out of phase therefore appears no power is required to create this condition.  YET it has gained  real joules during the process as RE entered the coil.

However in 3 phase technology the trashed Power Factor can be a perpetual porthole where the conditions for OU are infinite.  Its not a momentary coil banging  operation but continuous feed of logarithmic RE entering the system AKA the toroidal power unit!  RE enters the coils as splines which expand under the Squares Law log and spirals into ever growing expanding area capturing greater energy. No longer a local ambient event the universe will provide the power if conditions allow as a black hole.  There is no limit to this power and multiphase portholes are the basis of UFO drives and anti-gravity (tpu shuddering)  where time itself is warped.

ALAS we are still a long way from that so for now back to earth with KAPAGEN:)

- 1 LV AC or DC circuit
- 1 HV AC or DC circuit

Both feeding the output coils.
