This is  Budenniy`s welding apparatus,
One guy (mishail71) is speaking that "you need NOT to play with Tesla, I have studied Kapa´s "green box", it works exact like Budenniy`s welding apparatus ..." and so on ...
But other guy he did look mishail71 videos more carefully, all voltages and amperages and is speaking that there is no supranormal things because when low amperage then also voltage is very low ... and so on.
Some guys are sceptics because "how such kind of genius (Kapanadze) made such kind schlock and rubbishy constructed unit ... huge lot of cheesy wires and near none correct electric  contacts ... and so on

I have read some other Russian forums, this mishail71 uses too often unprofessional therms (like always most of  "super smart" guys does), he will come very edgy and nettled when someone asked about ... even when asked without smallest mock.

Magic's description of TK's coil operation (translated from russian and adapted at best):

"Capacitance is discharged through a gap in the primary short thick coil. Classic TT. The second coil is located at the bottom, though it is not visible. It is well insulated.
