I've build this too but still bulb not lighting. I'm using a ZVS driver.
Maybe L4 is fulcrum.

Too true  . I'm tempted to do a video with the hidden 'X' wire connected to one lead of L4 inside the aluminium tube, with the other end going to mains live feed and the neutral lead coming in on the croc earth lead. It works a treat and charges the battery to boot! However, I don't want a visit from the MIB and endless questions about coil windings and component specs etc. I can even mimic the switching where the guy forgets he has removed the croc lead, then operates the switch and the lamp fails to light LOL.

It has been said too many times that in all propability, those alleged OU devices are fake. At least those that see the light of the day. The merits to have a fake device and to blur the waters when asked about specifics and reply with riddles are too many ranging from book-selling to site / utube visits.


Everyone with a bit grasp of electronics and some imagination could make his "FE device" and post it here. The more exotic it is, the more followers you get. When i consider about puplic demonstrations, i tend to think also magicians. Everyone who has been to a migician show, has seen unbelievable things to happen in front of his very eyes. Of courses, all are tricks and none defies classic physics.

Those tricks aside from being fun to everyone and most to hobbyists, function as an imagination stimulant towards (new?) various directions. e.g  In the last dozens pages of this thread, it has been expressed the possibility (Verpies has even theorized the how to) of making "juice" out of material that undergo trasmutation and emit A, B or even Gamma radiation (hence energy) with the mere application of suitable RF. Imagine that to be the case. Then (maybe) the fake devices could lead to an actual one.
