at mr brook have you also noticed a small amount of gray discolouration on your cell? also its had an inner layer of something and if you look at the markus reid cells on rexresearch you ill find that your cell photo and reids hve a lot of similarities also i got in contact ith hutch under a other name in some of his older cells he did indeed use .....sodium silicate and basalt also pyrite.Adding bismuth and noibium and other stuff like that as my idea though. its nice to see a cell like that its not a usual thing to happen its been successfull also my cpu cell has bee taken apart and put aay for no all the plate cpu cells sho about0.6-0.1 to 0.9 volts still. in a fe decades i ill come back to these old cells and see if they are still doing anything also the oldest cell ive made as accidental in science class i never took it seriously i as trying to copy something out of a science book and i got it rong mike as angry but he put it in a tube and stuck a rod in it and oput it next to some sort of transformer for poer  next fe eeks i came back to see it and thro it out in the bin guess hat? i got a voltage of about 1 volts off it  i sealed it and took it home and its been running for upto....10 YEARS!!!! non stop since then ive been trying to replictae it and have gotten very closeand thatrs ho it all realy started off  its crazy init? also my keboards broken so my typings not so good  iva also had crystal groth in my cells similar to yours mr brook i still believe they are not galvanic  but you must try to get all of the moisture out of them as it can actualy dampen the electric forde inside as hutch has told me just ude a usb dehumidifier a box and a plastic seal it orked for me if not got plastic try bichumen or ax

good nes i have tried to recreate an earlier cell ith hutchs ingredients and guess? it has orked for a bout 10 days at around 0.5 volts its quite stable and i got micky/daft mickey and robbie/fat bob to salvage me a massive torroid to hook up to my cells and make a massive joule thief i can stack my cells  and they do function it stays around 20 volts to 14 volts also my cpu plate cell still makes voltage and one of the cpus has destroyed itself its strange also does anybody have any other good rochelle salt crystal cells to share ith me as i ant to try them out also ive essn some of hutchinsons cells and they are almost all different mixtures also has anybody been able to make a electric rocky blob like the one in his cell video has anybody been able to identify any of the materials? also is it possible that he used a kitchen product or acids to melt the crystals and heat it off and polarize it ith static elec to make a cell ive tried and its promising also barium tatnate is deffinately a good ingredient to use i tazered my hutch cell ith a million volts for a hole 4 days its pretty good sorry for sutra and ian ho couldnt get a good cell its realy hard to make them you have to be precise also i used in mine a tourmaline poder asell as rhodium niobium in one and a small mount of gold in the other  ith a silver plated tube and bismuth rod also i heard he uses this............pyrophyllite havent tried it myself but maybe just maybe also hutch said he ruggetized a cell by using crazyglue ho could this help to polarize the cell and hat benifits ould it bring?

Hi das, I saw that video too, where John mentions crazy glue. Crazy glue and pretty much every other type of super glue that I've been able to find are not conductive though. So I'm not sure how he meant he uses it. Maybe he uses it to put on the outside of the rock blob you mentioned?  It might make it less brittle. Just a thought. I tried making an electric rock a while back, but it was too brittle and fell apart. I've got a better recipe now though, so i might try it again. I folded aluminum foil around a little box to give me a mold, then poured the mixture into it, once it hardens you can peel the aluminum off and you should have a chunk of electric rock! That's the idea anyway. It would make a nice conversation piece on the dinner table!

Interesting link on historical high voltage batteries. These seem similar
to "cement" cells that are not totally petrolithic batteries. Apparently
one can set up chemical systems that don't attack the electrode
metals and still act voltaically. I suspect these may be "hybrid"
batteries that maybe converting themselves to petrolithic batteries
over time.

i have noticed that in one fo hutchs videos he had a big crystal cell ithout a a tube and i loked at the crystals and i thought it looks just like silver nitrate crystals so i tried it myself and added silver nitrate solution pyrite or other semi conductors and basalt asell as some of the minerals mentioned in htis eb site and some of my special metals and guess hat i got a electric rock that looks just like a cell from hutchinsons video its also got a voltage of 0.3 volts and stays there at mr brook hope your electric rocks ork verry ella nd may your experiments be prosperous also can you send me some photos of your electric rocks all opf mine dont use any cement as that ouldnt be a petroelectric battery it could be galvanic my hutch cell has gone don abit to 0.45 volts its completely sealed off in a dehumidifier also i may kno Y ian put his pyrite cell in a freezer its to speed up tha nano crystaline groth it gros tiny crystals asell as big ones it also oks ith epson slat boric acid crystals but not battery crystals though hitch are not temp senistive i think that electric rocks ould be hat you guys started off ith firt and got smalle mixes from there it seems logical as you could study mor in depth and find the best rocks also do you guys have any good rochelle salt mixes for me to try?  john uses in one of his rock cells basal;t and definately native copper the bubbly bron kind  keep trying my friends i snes e are close
