There are some slight problems with your idea:

First, according to many aeronautical experts, including the famous son of the founder of Lear Jet, the alleged speed at which the craft would have hit the towers, is impossible at that altitude, because simply the fans of the motors are not designed to intake that much dense air, so they would choke and the plane fall and being uncontrollable. So, there goes the idea of using real planes.

Second, whatever caused the explosion at the collisions, was not only the possible colliding object, but there were also pre planted charges to cause the plane profile hole, which could not have cause by a real plane, as planes are basically a big alluminum can, and would not have been able to cut the hole they pretended us to believe, so, again, using real planes to cause the damage that was observed was not possible, and the cartoon like hole we saw was just another special FX to increase the drama.

In the Naudet shot of the first collision, a frame by frame analysis shows clearly how the "wing profile" is neatly caused by charges that explode after the initial hit of the "plane", which is IMHO even more embarassing to their poor fakery.

But this leads directly to the question of why whoever organized this very complex operation would exercise such poor fakery, as you put it.  So poor that it is apparent even in low resolution youtube videos and the like.  There is no need to have to planes going especially fast or making an extra-large hole in the towers.  The crashes would have been very dramatic no matter what.  It makes no sense to me the hoaxers would make their job more difficult by orders of magnitude AND make it obvious it was all fake by using scale model planes/missiles that didn't behave properly instead of actual 767s. [This is all stipulating that the missile/planes indeed were going too fast and the hole was too big, which I am not convinced of, but let's set that aside for the moment]

Plus there is the question of what happened to the passengers who were supposedly on these flights.  These no plane theories are pretty implausible for that reason alone.

One last thing, concerning the "nosing out" you referred to earlier.  There is a lengthy thread over at abovetopsecret on these videos.  On page 1, it is mentioned that this "nosing out" phenomenon during the second hit is actually also visible from a different angle.  Now, it looks to me like debris coming out the other side of the building, but if it were actually some sort of CGI mistake, isn't it odd that it happened in both views?
