  How he did it?  He didn't, someone else made ALL the PCB circuits, (Oleg?) and Ruslan just wired them together.

   Although I don't fully understand what you are trying to say Tomtech, I can guess at what you are saying, as my father was from Yugoslavia.  And I understand their mentality, and way of thinking, and I can fully understand what Tesla was saying, as well.
  The extra power is coming from the surrounding ambient, but needs a matched and tuned earth ground to work well.
  The HV tuning caps are part of the secret, without them, only nominal output is observed, as in my case.
Listen to the spark, when Ruslan shorts out the red 2000v caps.  Do your caps do that???  If not, try to find some of those 2000v caps, and give it another try.

hi everyone,

I have attached a short video of experiment conducted earlier in the day.

This is to show that there is increase in DC voltage across bulb after providing power to Variable HV supply for the nanosecond pulse generator.

But it does increase the current consumption as well to around 75watt.

I recalled Akula did mention somewhere 100watt input to get 400watt output.

I got 9.5Amps from Clamp meter reding by upgrading 2.5mm sq electrical wire to thick 4AWG speaker wire meant for car audio system to Earth water pipe.

Tomorrow i shall carry out a another experiment to try harvest this nice 9.5Amps burst or current into the 3 turns of toroid without actually connecting toroid to PWM board or kapanadze
winding at all.

Objective to know if the voltage present across 3 turns would be properly step up via 28turns on the  toroid itself.

You are very close to the clamp meter reading on the Kapanadze Green Box device. All that is needed now is to lose the power supply and maintain the current reading for self-running.
