Science is not believe. I totally agree. Things work whether you belive or not in them. They just do their part based upon the laws of Universe. Science only observes, identifies laws and correlations, create theories, makes experiments and firstr of all duplicates them. If not dublicatable, probably initial success (if any) relies on ather factors that the inventor thought. No duplication, no acceptance.

All good so far. But we are in this thread being our talking based on the belief that OU and specifically Kapanadze device works and its real. Cold reasoning says that it cannot. So it is a matter of belief concerning Kapanadze.
Personaly i think where there is smoke, there is a fire.

Regarding the principle of work of Kapanadze device, rest assured that (if real) it is not known/acknoledged by contemporary science. So any effort towards this direction is striving in the dark.

Experimenters with a solid belief will have the advantage of moral stamina and perseverance over others (as myself) that are not entirely persuaded that can be done and therefore cannot dedicate their lifes to the cause.

FE field is fraught with people supressing it, and people that put above all the true learning of natures' ways, instictevely proppeled by curiosity and strive towards the discovery of FE research.
It would be good if things were so.
Unfortunately, after years of study, personal sacrifice and experiment accompanied with a huge financial and personal cost, some people have succeeded and then greed creeps in, naturaly.

How can anyone discloses such information that was not taught in first place, everyday dreamed of and unthinkable valuable? Supression forces here have a head start on this. So far, they have been proved quite successful in their ways, despite modern channels of information proliferation.

IMO, this is the real curse with FE research, as well as other type of similar researches. They do not go puplic and cannot be patented if stakes are too high.

anti-gravity effects read about sweet floyd VTA that wasn't long ago witness by many including John Bedinni. Just one example of hundreds. Also the TPU has gravitational effects.

Perhaps we could go back to the topic here?

I mentioned the marked difference in day/night performance on the Bedini because

IF this also occurs on the Kapagen replications we can surmise that we are tapping the same energy that is also occurring in many of the other devices

we can see THAT indeed there is an extraneous energy field otherwise the battery voltage would not fluctuate

we can see that the Kapagen device might be slightly or heavily OU or under unity depending on the time of day the measurement was taken.

Therefore I strongly suggest that those of you who have a working device try to measure the output during different times of the day. And do not despair if its under unity it might be different at another hour.
My HOPE is that it would be just complementary to a solar system- would it not be nice if the Kapagen could kick in when the solar panels go out?
