I'm thinking what's going on with electrons inside fluorescent tube when it starting work. I think, whole electrons starting work (or the greater part of them) not only valence.
Question is: How to get these electrons to useful work??
In my opinion:
1. we should excite so many electrons how is possible by HV (electrons from materials or sucked from ground)
2. start to control these excited electrons by f.ex. magnetic field


the question is how to do it? 
Maybe resonance is a answer for controlling these electrons... maybe at this resonance point electrons have regular movement along the media...

 What Steven Marks discovered and utilized in his tpu is the use of a delay line.  He was an acoustical engineer using electrostatic speakers and delay lines for properly tuning speakers to improve sound reproduction in various symphonic halls.   He was also a Tesla enthusiast.  He also realized that Tesla was not passing any current through his "spark gaps".  By capacitavely coupling the spark gap to the primary of a Tesla transformer and utilizing a delay element to power a "dc blow out coil" you insure that no current flows directly into the primary.  As the gas in the spark gap is ionized by the electrostatic field between the two electodes and the free electrons are accelerated and bombard the positively charged electrode your acceleration of mass is gained for free.  This causes the high amount of voltage mulitpication in a properly constructed Tesla transformer simply because of inelastic collisions of electrons freed and accelerated in the misnamed spark gap.  The voltage multiplication effects in TK's first demonstration were as he admitted created by replication of a tesla transformer which takes the gains from the sg and powers an oscillator attached to ground.  All the light and noise coming out of the sg are losses.  Tesla realized the acceleration of mass for free and overcame the open air accelerators upon advent of the evacuated bulb accelerators.  He used virtual grounds for his free electron scources and oscillated electrons into and out of such things as motors to power automobiles.
   Since all of these Tesla effects are just use of beta radiation in a benign manner instead of neutron scources and have been in the public domain for around a hundred years the only thing TK has for sale is a patent for the circuitry involved in generating the pulse and the conversion of hf oscillations into low frequency operation.  Sm used a modified inverter to produce his frequency modification while tk built his own modulator so it seems.  Sorry aking21 you got ripped off join the crowd.  The scientific community has been ripping off the entire world for a number of years so don't feel alone.

Question: Where is the bi-toroid transformer in the 2004 video? The transformer behind the coil has one primary and two secondary coils. Could it be that TK somehow »misused« it as a bi-toroid transformer?
