The Chamber

Given that:

the bill under consideration to address any structural investing strategically important sector of our country with particular reference to the energy sector;

energy resources is a key element for development and wealth of every country, especially for a country like Italy, who is forced to bear heavy burdens on the absolute energy dependency towards foreign countries;

measures taken in the energy laid the foundations for the adoption of a national energy plan that sees the diversification of sources, exploitation of renewable energy sources and development of nuclear strategic objectives to be pursued to bring the cost of energy on levels of other European countries;

Development of the source of nuclear energy is a great opportunity for development, allowing to bridge the energy gap that Italy has accumulated in recent years against other European countries;

last decade in Italy were conducted important studies on piezo-nuclear reactions, both in liquids than in solids, which can be produced by different phenomena such as pressure waves, shock waves, ultrasound;

the results of research on piezo-nuclear reactions could have a major impact on the development of nuclear technologies play the crucial role also in terms of disposal of radioactive waste,

commits the Government

to take, including through legislative action, appropriate financial support for the research and industrial application of piezo-nuclear reactions discovered by the National Research Council (CNR) for liquids and from the Polytechnic of Turin for solids and patented by CNR .

The end process of the collapse of cavitation bubbles caused by mechanical
deposition of energy (numerous different causes) in a liquid causes the
formation of a zero barycentric momentum neutron (LENR) directly into the
nucleus of an atom of a "target material". After the deposition of this neutron
standard nuclear reactions proceed apace. This is not a hot neutronic reaction
because the neutron is never free of nuclear forces. This is the basis of the
CF Cold Fusion reaction.

Fascinating.  This technology has been mentioned here before, but it's good to see more details and up to date news about it, thanks for sharing.  This looks to me like the sort of thing even the most mainstream scientists and politicians could get behind and support, all around the world.  Looking forward to seeing what gets made out of it, or if it gets ignored.
