Does not look ou to me either. Looks more like a Don Smith set up but no evidence of any FE.
Just another bloke mesmerized by sparks in my opinion.

  Thanks for clarifying, the difference of the pictures to the video.
  The video sounds worse than my old CRT TV when I first start it.  I would not want that kind of RF, or HV interference in my home, like is being shown on the video. Plus the smell of Ozone, which I can smell from here. The camera sound almost goes out when he gets close to the device, like in Grums test. 
  Pictures: Seams to use a PC back-up battery/inverter, and transformer, plus a CRT Tv flyback.
  All of which I have, also.

  Good spark generator,  but that's about it, until more proof is given. Is the video  suppose to be Roman's (Akula's) video???  OR, what, or whos? 
  Can someone find out if that video is Akula 0083, or not.

  SR 193 device made no noise, nor do Akulas, nor TKs, except to the hum that Hoppy likes. They all used a tiny, silent, low impact spark. Not able to jump a one inch gap, nor able to shock you, either, I would assume.
